Community Impact Program

The Community Impact Program utilizes volunteers to respond to more urgent needs within the community. Community Impact projects can typically fit into one of three categories:

Request Assistance - Do you or a loved one need assistance with an overgrown yard? Are you currently being fined for property negligence or nuisance complaints? Is your home in desperate need of decluttering and junk removal? If so, reach out to jed@takingownershippdx.org for more information.

Get Involved! - Volunteers are the heartbeat of Taking Ownership. Each month volunteers receive a list of monthly events for which they can volunteer their time and labor. Sign up here to be added to our list of volunteers.

Project Sponsorship - If your employer is interested in sponsoring a volunteer project, complete the Taking Ownership sponsorship form, and someone will be in touch with you to discuss the scope of your event.
