Our mission is to provide reparations to Black homeowners in the form of free home improvement and repair services to create healthier homes in the Black community, alleviate financial burdens, and combat the predatory gentrification process.

requirements for applicants
Household income must be equal or below 120% of the median income.
Please refer to the Portland Housing Bureau chart here to see if you qualify.

Applicants must live in Multnomah, Clackamas or Washington counties.

Sign a Contract Service Agreement.

The homeowner must provide:
1) Proof of income to verify household income.
2) A document that confirms they are the legal owners of the home.
