Gardening Collaboration Projects

In April, Taking Ownership PDX completed a meaningful community impact project. Thanks to a dedicated group of volunteers, we successfully weeded flower beds, trimmed trees that were rubbing against the house, and removed unwanted rubbish and debris. In May, we returned with our plant and flower program to fill the space with a beautiful array of perennials generously donated by the amazing folks at the Portland Public Schools Community Transition Program.

Looking ahead, we have another gardening collaboration project with Equitable Giving Circle. Our last garden collaboration project was successful and incredibly gratifying, and we’re looking forward to doing it again and partnering with EGC.

Please join us in making a positive impact in our community!
If you’re inspired to get involved, we invite you to become a volunteer and sign up on our website.
